Hi I have just qualified as a British Cycling level 3 Road and Time Trial coach. I am the club coach with Richardsons Cycle Club but I do offer personal coaching or one off consultations for all riders.

here you can post questions for general coaching advice. It keeps me working and learning if you ask questions of me so if you have any questions for a Cycling Coach then Malton Wheelers members are welcome to use this service.
