Slippy as F**k!
Slip, Slip, Slip......
Slip, Slip, Slip......
Slip, Slip, Slip......
Rode a warm up lap.....
Slip, Slip, Slip......
Slip, Slip, Slip......
Lowered my tyre pressure to 30psi !
Felt the rim on the roots....
Not quite so much Slip, Slip, Slip now though.
Another naff start - I just dont want to tasled up with the other riders - remember Matthew - its just for fun....Slip, Slip, Slip......
Off into the wood....Slip, Slip, Slip......
Over the roots and run up the bank and jump on the bike on the hairpin. Fast through the woods, Slip, Slip, Slip......
Up, Down, Up, Down, Slip, Slip, Slip......Slip, Slip, Slip......
Onto the field, I try to be fast but riding on soggy grass is so draining.
Round the hairpin on the offcamber grassy knol, has to jump of it was so slippy....Slip, Slip, Slip......Slip, Slip, Slip......
Up to the finish line. Repeat 10 times. Slip, Slip, Slip......
I got lapped on the 5th lap again. Does that mean I need to go twice as fast not to be lapped?
Anyway, really pleased that I finished again with no mishaps apart from my chain falling off twice. One onlooker shouted "Carry the bike and put the chain on at the same time" does he think I have some skill....Slip, Slip, Slip......
I think it was James Gullens dad that was there shouting encouragement....Cheers. It really helps.
Looking back, I could of tried harder, but, Matthew, Its just for fun.
Slip, Slip, Slip......
